What statuses can an article have in the pipeline?

Articles move through five statuses: Queued (waiting to be processed), Researching (the research agent is crawling sources), Writing (the content engine is drafting), In Review (ready for your approval or auto-publish), and Published (live on your CMS). Each status is color-coded in the dashboard.

Are the dashboard updates truly real-time?

Yes. The pipeline dashboard uses Supabase Realtime subscriptions. When an article changes status, the agent writes a log entry, or a topic is approved, the update appears instantly in your browser without refreshing.

Can I edit an article before it publishes?

Absolutely. Articles in the In Review status can be opened in the article viewer where you can read the full content, edit text, update the meta description, and approve or reject the piece. Once approved, it moves to publishing.

Does the pipeline support bulk operations?

Yes. You can select multiple topics for bulk approval or bulk skip from the topic queue. You can also bulk-publish reviewed articles or bulk-archive articles you no longer need. All bulk actions respect your daily and monthly plan limits.
